The Power of you Subconscious Mind

“We are what we repeatedly do”

Aristotle

Did you know that our subconscious does 90-95% of our daily thinking. Our skill set, action or behavior is all part of our success. If you become completely absorbed in something you wish to become and develop the necessary skill set to execute your desires, great results will follow! I am all about the Law of Attraction, but that is another story, for another day.

Mantra’s have always been my thing since reading The Power of the Subconscious Mind, by Dr. Joseph Murphy. His words are inspiring. I have the original 1963 Edition. The pages are tattered, and there are notes in the margins, yellow highlighter covering most of every page…yellow sticky notes peeking out every 10 pages or so marking some of my favorite titles. Every time I pick up this book, it amazes me how it still is relevant and resonates with me in a different way than it had in the past. For a book printed over 50 years ago, its principals and teachings have managed to evolve through the years. It has lifted me up again and again at different stages of my life.

When you consciously believe something and generate a thought about that thing, your subconscious will try to align itself with it. This means that your subconscious will do whatever it can to make a reality what you just thought. No matter what your age or phase of life you are in now, it can always be better. That is what life is all about…growth.

If you want to change any part of your life, buy this book.
